🛒 1. Orders & Payments
Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Stripe, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx).
Q2: Is it safe to pay on your website?
A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your payment information.
Q3: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because our products are digital and instantly delivered, orders cannot be canceled once completed.
📦 2. Delivery & Downloads
Q4: How do I receive my product?
A: All products are digital. After payment, you’ll get a download link on the confirmation page and via email.
Q5: I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
A: Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at support@linpro.store with your order number.
Q6: Can I download my product again later?
A: Yes. Log in to My Account > My Downloads to re-download any purchased files.

Q7: Do I need an account to buy products?
A: No, you can purchase as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track your orders and re-download products easily.
Q8: I forgot my account password. What should I do?
A: Click Forgot Password on the login page to reset your password via email.

Q9: Can I get a refund for digital products?
A: All sales are final. Refunds are only given in cases of technical issues or duplicate payment.
Q10: The file I downloaded doesn’t work. What now?
A: Ensure you have the correct software to open the file (e.g., Canva, PDF reader). If the problem persists, contact support@linpro.store.

A: Only if the product includes resale, MRR, or PLR rights as specified in the product description. Personal use or commercial use is otherwise allowed as described.

A: Yes. Most templates (like Canva templates) are fully editable. Check each product description for details.
